The talks could take place on Wednesday or Thursday. Information about the location, time and composition of the delegation has not been made public,” the newspaper wrote. According to the media outlet, the focus will be on issues such as humanitarian aid, prisoner exchange, infrastructure security and border security measures. It is also expected that the Euro Troika (France, Great Britain and Germany) will also hold talks with Iranian representatives on nuclear issues in Istanbul on Friday.
