Israel strikes Gaza tent camp, 14 killed

The Palestinian WAFA news agency reported that Israeli forces attacked tents in the al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City. The dead included women and children, according to reports. The Gaza Strip is under a strict Israeli blockade, which limits access to humanitarian aid. The enclave is facing a severe humanitarian crisis due to acute shortages of food, water, medicine, medical equipment and hygiene supplies. |
