Zelensky again offered Putin a meeting

The proposal comes ahead of a meeting of delegations from the two countries in Istanbul this week, the third since the beginning of the year. The Kremlin said that miracles should not be expected from this meeting. "The Kremlin does not count on "miraculous breakthroughs" at the talks in Istanbul․ This is unlikely to be possible in the current situation," Peskov noted. |
