This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov during a briefing. “The topic of the negotiations is quite complex: among other issues, of course, it will be necessary to discuss the draft memoranda that were exchanged between the parties during the second round of talks,” the Kremlin representative said. Earlier, it was reported that the next round of talks between Moscow and Kiev could take place in Istanbul on July 24-25. Let us recall that the second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine took place in Istanbul on June 2.
