Trump repeats claim that Obama has done criminal acts

President Donald Trump on Friday repeated his assertion that former president Barack Obama committed criminal acts, saying there was “no doubt” Obama and associates were involved in a conspiracy to kneecap Trump’s political ascent.
“He’s done criminal acts, there’s no doubt about it,” Trump told reporters on Friday morning before leaving on a trip to his golf resorts in Scotland.
“But he has immunity, and it probably helped him,” he added, referencing a Supreme Court ruling last year that presidents are immune from prosecution for official acts taken while in office.
