We are trying to minimize delays in the supply of grain needed by Armenia,” Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told reporters. Recall that on July 31, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway was closed to all types of vehicles due to the threat of mudslides. |
