Almost 1,000 illegal immigrants have been deported from the Sverdlovsk region since the beginning of the year

From January to July, almost 1,000 illegal immigrants were deported from the Sverdlovsk region. This was reported by the regional main department of the Federal Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation.
Most of the deportees are citizens of Central Asian countries.
During the specified period, more than 400 people were sent to their homeland from Tajikistan, almost 300 from Uzbekistan and more than 130 from Kyrgyzstan. The list of deportees also includes 33 Azerbaijanis.
According to the department, all deportees arrived in Russia to work, but were in the country without legal grounds, the department reported.
