Syrian TV channels report that clashes have taken place between the Syrian interim government army and the Kurdish formations of the "Syrian Democratic Forces" along the Euphrates River in the city of Deir ez-Zor.
"Clashes between the SDF and the Syrian army took place on both banks of the Euphrates River in the city of Deir ez-Zor with the use of small arms and rockets," Syria TV reported.
