At a press conference after the talks, Donald Trump said he would “call NATO allies and Zelensky.” He added that he would inform “a number of people that I think would be appropriate to call” about the results of his meeting with the Russian president. The Putin-Trump talks took place in Alaska and lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes. Trump noted that there was no agreement on Ukraine, since “complete mutual understanding” could not be reached. The presidents did not answer questions from reporters. |
