Abrahamyan: "Karapetyan's imprisonment reveals the authoritarian nature of the authorities"

The experience and knowledge of businessman Samvel Karapetyan, who was arrested in Yerevan, will be in demand in Armenia. This was reported by the chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia, Ara Abrahamyan.

According to him, the illegal detention and imprisonment does not make Karapetyan less free than he was before, but only once again reveals the authoritarian, unjust and ungrateful nature of the current Armenian authorities, "a country for which you have done so much as an entrepreneur and as a national benefactor. I am convinced that your experience and knowledge will still be in demand in Armenia, which will restore respect and dignity, and which will become an independent and prosperous democratic state," Abrahamyan said, congratulating Karapetyan on his 60th birthday.
