He made this statement after a summit in Washington. “We will leave the issue of territories between me and Putin,” Zelensky said. According to him, it was Russia that first proposed a personal meeting, and then a trilateral summit with the participation of US President Donald Trump, and he agreed. Zelensky noted that the meeting with Putin should take place “without any conditions.” Referring to the negotiations with the US president, Zelensky said, “This was the best of our meetings.” |
