![]() 1106 Friday, 29 August, 2025, 22:03 Russian political analyst Stanislav Tarasov has died at the age of 72, his wife told Izvestia on August 29. “He had lung cancer and had been battling the disease for six years,” the wife said, noting that her husband worked until the end. She added that the political scientist had been modest and had kept his diagnosis a secret from the public. Tarasov’s funeral is scheduled for Monday, September 1. |
