Cristiano Ronaldo says he's more renowned than even President Trump
![]() 7412 Friday, 07 November, 2025, 12:37 Cristiano Ronaldo has high hopes to one day meet President Donald Trump. “If the world is in peace, it’s our goal. He’s one of the guys that can change — or help to change — the world․․․I’m gonna sit with him and I’m going to tell him that we have something in common and something that we share.” Ronaldo said on a Thursday, November 6, episode of Piers Morgan․ He, however, declined to publicly share his apparent similarities to Trump just yet. Ronaldo, meanwhile, quipped that he was “seriously” more famous than the president. “I think worldwide, even in that small [country of] Iceland, they know me more,” Ronaldo theorized. “I think in the world, nobody’s more famous than me [in] this generation in 2025. … It’s a good debate. Let’s make that happen.” According to Ronaldo, he believes that he’d win the debate since he can hardly go anywhere without being recognized by fans.
