Zelenskyy reveals details of three documents within framework of peace plan

Ukraine, its European partners, and the US are currently discussing three documents within the framework of the peace plan. These include a framework document, security guarantees, and a document that lays the foundations for post-war reconstruction, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this while responding to journalists’ questions.
He noted that the existence of three separate documents is true, and Ukraine’s European partners are also involved in the negotiations.
"There is a framework document consisting of 20 points; it is constantly changing, and that is normal. It is a living structure that must reflect the interests of Ukraine, Europe, and the world. The second document concerns security guarantees — we are working on this. I am awaiting the relevant proposals from our military and their dialogue with the Americans, and all of this must be aligned with the principles of the coalition of the willing. Security guarantees are an important document between us, the US, and the Europeans," he said.
The third document, according to Zelenskyy, concerns reconstruction. It will come into effect after the war ends or when a ceasefire is reached.
