On Tuesday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said that Larijani was killed in an Israeli attack on Tehran. Larijani's office later confirmed his death. "Undoubtedly, a severe revenge awaits the terrorist criminals who have stained their foul hands with the blood of the innocent", Pezeshkian's office declared. |
