Iranian authorities have announced that the country’s entire education system will shift to online learning starting April 21.
The decision applies to all levels of education, from primary schools to universities, and will remain in effect indefinitely until further notice, Tasnim reports.
Officials have not disclosed the specific reasons behind the move, stating only that it was made in response to the current situation in the country.
Authorities said technical preparations are underway to facilitate the transition, with efforts focused on ensuring that students and teachers can adapt to remote learning platforms in the coming days.
