Top US diplomat describes Ukraine talks in Moscow, Kiev as substantive

The recent consultations on resolving the Ukraine conflict, held in Moscow and Kiev, were substantive, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.

"These were substantive talks over the weekend, both in Kiev and in Moscow," he told reporters in Colombia, commenting on a trip to Russia and Ukraine by US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.
