Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber were both received at the Élysée Palace by French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron on Monday in Paris.

Doing his best to smarten up for the occasion, Justin, 27, was seen posing in a suit with an unbuttoned shirt, a chain around his neck, and a pair of blue Nike sneakers.

The Canadian pop singer posted a group photo to his 179m followers from the meeting, where he was joined by Macron, 43, dressed formally in a sharp grey suit and tie.

According to reports from French outlets, the Canadian entertainer is said to have asked to meet the French president himself, and the group discussed 'issues related to youth.'

He was joined by his wife Hailey, 24, who looked stunning in a beige backless wraparound dress and heels.

Meanwhile, Brigitte, 68, was the epitome of chic in a white dress and matching jacket as the group smiled together for the group picture.
