Institutions of the Human Rights Defenders of the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia have published the updated ad-hoc report on the The Humanitarian Consequences of Blocking the Only Road Connecting Artsakh with Armenia and the World.
The report summarizes the Azerbaijani public discourse and analyzes the statements of Azerbaijani officials the conclusion of which is that since November, the political leadership of Azerbaijan has been preparing and directing the public opinion for the blocking of the Lachin humanitarian corridor, using the main means of the government's official and semi-official information and public opinion formation tools and proven methods.
The report also updates the newly discovered facts about the participants in the fake environmental campaign, presents the state of the rights in the conditions of the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh.
