France needs to lift sanctions against Russia in order to return cheap gas to the country.
This statement was made by the leader of the French Patriots party Florian Philippot on his official page on the social network X.
At the same time, the politician pointed out that since July there has been a new sharp increase in gas prices by 10.5% in the country.
According to Filippot, the rise in price is due to the "idiotic" EU sanctions, because of which people are "forced to buy" more expensive gas.
Earlier, Foreign Policy also reported that the decision of US President Joe Biden to ban the export of liquefied natural gas can be considered a gift to Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
