Mikhail Galustyan added to the sanctions list of EU

The EU Foreign Affairs Council adopted the next, 16th package of economic and individual restrictive measures against the Russian Federation on Monday, the council's press service reported.
"This new round of sanctions targets not only the Russian shadow fleet, but also those who support the operation of unsafe oil tankers; video game consoles used to control drones; banks used to circumvent our sanctions; and propaganda channels," said EU Foreign Minister Kaja Kallas.
The council's statement said that sanctions lists had been agreed on 48 individuals and 35 entities "responsible for actions that undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine."
The EU also added comedian Mikhail Galustyan to the sanctions list.
