Witkoff touched on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict

US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, among other conflicts, touched upon the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
"If I don't feel like I'm going to succeed, why would I waste my time or, worse, the United States' time? Why would I go and tell the president that we can end some conflict through dialogue, and then we can't do it? It would be bad political strategy if I didn't personally step in, draw conclusions, and come and tell the president whether we can end this dialogue or not. And that calculus applies to the Iranians, the Russians, and the Ukrainians, and the same applies to Azerbaijan and Armenia," Witkoff said.
However, Donald Trump's special representative has not yet specified whether the United States will waste time on resolving the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
