Yermak։ "Talks about summer elections in Ukraine are nonsense"

The head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, Andriy Yermak, has addressed the issue of possible elections in Ukraine in the summer, calling these talks nonsense.

Yermak commented on the article published by The Economist. The media outlet wrote that elections in Ukraine could take place immediately after the cessation of hostilities, noting that this is about the summer of 2025.

“This is absolute nonsense. It is impossible to plan elections while the fighting is ongoing. First, the war must end,” Yermak said in an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.
