"Overnight, the IDF struck Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure sites in southern Lebanon," the military said. "The IDF will operate against any attempts by Hezbollah to rebuild or establish a military presence under the guise of civilian cover." In February, Israel withdrew its troops from southern Lebanon in accordance with a ceasefire agreement reached in November 2024 after a year of hostilities. Despite the agreements reached, the Israeli army continues to strike targets in Lebanon. |
