Deployment of multinational peacekeeping force in Ukraine discussed in Paris

Negotiations are underway in Paris with representatives of France, Great Britain and Germany on the issues of a ceasefire and security guarantees for Ukraine.

“A series of bilateral and multilateral meetings with representatives of the countries of the “Coalition of the Willing” are planned within the framework of the visit,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The topics of the negotiations include ways to achieve a ceasefire, the deployment of a multinational military contingent to ensure sustainable peace, and future plans for joint security initiatives that will enable Ukraine to effectively restore its statehood and maintain stability in the region.
