Tesla CEO Elon Musk will continue to work in the US government, although he will appear in Washington less often, US Vice President J.D. Vance said.
“He came and said that he would work on this project for six months. And, by the way, he is not going to disappear. His role will remain the same. He will just not be in Washington every day, because he has other responsibilities,” Vance told Fox News.
According to Vance, America will not be able to objectively evaluate the work of the US government efficiency department headed by Musk until 2026. However, the vice president is confident that the administration has managed to reduce unnecessary costs in its work and protect the interests of American taxpayers.
