Ukraine will not be able to return to the borders of 2014. This was announced by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

"Ukraine will not be able to move the Russian Federation back to where it was in 2014," he said on Fox News channel.

Rubio emphasized that this situation should be taken as a fact.

Regarding the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, the Secretary of State noted that Washington continues to look for ways to resolve the crisis peacefully. At the same time, he stressed that the positions of Moscow and Kiev at the moment remain too far apart.

According to the Secretary of State, Trump has “made an effort to achieve peace” in his first 100 days in the White House, and now the parties are closer to signing an agreement.
