Iran's Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the Houthi attacks on Israel have nothing to do with Iran and are an "independent decision."
The statement said attributing the attacks to Iran was "misleading and untrue."
The statement also said: "Iran condemns the US military attacks on Yemen as a grave violation of the United Nations Charter and fundamental norms of international law."
Earlier, it was reported that Yemen's Houthis had struck Israel's Ben Hur International Airport, injuring four people.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Iran was behind the Yemeni actions.
