Rubio holds meeting with "Euro-Three" countries in Istanbul

This is reported by the BBC. The talks were attended by Jonathan Powell from Great Britain, Gunter Sauter from Germany and Emmanuel Bohn from France. US President Donald Trump's special representative for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, was also present at the talks. The discussions focused on the situation around Iran and Ukraine.
