Peskov: "Russia and Ukraine have reached an agreement on a 1000-for-1000 POW exchange"

As a result of the negotiations in Istanbul, Russia and Ukraine have reached an agreement on the largest POW exchange 1,000 for 1,000. This was reported by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
“After the contacts between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul, the parties must implement the steps agreed upon there and listed by the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky,” Peskov said.
“First of all, we must implement the 1,000-for-1,000 prisoners exchange and present the main list of conditions that were discussed yesterday and that my colleague Medinsky spoke about,” Peskov added.
Let us recall that the list of agreements outlined by Medinsky after the negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation stated that each side would present in detail how it sees “a possible future ceasefire.”
