This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. “We welcome with satisfaction the steps taken between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We consider the agreement on the text of the peace treaty a significant step towards stability. We want this process to be completed as soon as possible,” the Turkish President said. Erdogan expressed hope that Iran would also help in this matter. “Turkey expects Iran to support the steps related to the Zangezur corridor that will contribute to peace, stability and development in the region,” Erdogan said. |
