The governor went on to call Trump's decision to deploy the National Guard "a manufactured crisis," then addressed White House border czar Tom Homan's threats of arrest. "Tom, arrest me. Let's go," Newsom said. The governor also plans to sue the Trump administration over its deployment of the National Guard. |
