ICRC visits Armenian prisoners held in Baku

The ICRC informed APA about this. “Individual meetings were held with the detainees, conditions were created for establishing contact with their families, they received parcels from their families. The ICRC is creating conditions for restoring or continuing contacts with the families of the detainees,” the information says. The ICRC did not specify who exactly they met in Baku. |
