Bayramov: "Armenia does not fulfill its obligations to ensure unimpeded communication between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan"
![]() 590 Saturday, 21 June, 2025, 20:16 Armenia is not fulfilling its obligations to ensure unhindered communication between Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan. This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the 51st session of the Council of Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul. “The ongoing territorial claims against Azerbaijan, which are enshrined in the Constitution of Armenia, as well as the continued existence of structures such as the OSCE Minsk Group, hinder the signing of a peace agreement,” Bayramov noted. “Armenia’s gross violations of the rights of Azerbaijanis expelled from the territories of present-day Armenia are an obstacle to building lasting peace and trust,” he added. |
