The European Union and Israel have reached an agreement on the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
This was reported by Kaia Kallas, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, on her X page.
"Today we reached an agreement with Israel to improve humanitarian access to Gaza. More crossings will be established, trucks carrying aid and food will enter Gaza. Vital infrastructure will be restored, and the safety of humanitarian workers will be ensured," Kallas noted.
It should be recalled that the number of Palestinians killed as a result of Israeli attacks since October 2023 is approaching 58 thousand.
