"Lavrov and Araghchi will discuss the nuclear issue" - Baghai

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi plans to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in China on July15 to discuss nuclear issues and the situation in the Middle East, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghai told RIA Novosti.
According to him, such a meeting is planned within the framework of the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which will be held in the Chinese city of Tianjin.
“During Mr. Araghchi’s upcoming visit to China, the two ministers will meet. The agenda includes the continuation of consultations on bilateral relations, as well as the latest developments in the region, including the Iranian nuclear issue,” Baghai said.
