Armenia invited to observe NATO military exercises in Georgia
![]() 1127 Tuesday, 15 July, 2025, 12:39 NATO's Agile Spirit 2025 multinational military exercises will be held in Georgia from July 25 to August 6, RIA Novosti reported, citing a statement from the Georgian Defense Ministry. "Georgia will host the exercises for the 12th time. Agile Spirit 2025 aims to increase the combat readiness of the defense forces of the participating countries, strengthen interoperability and operational capabilities," the statement said. The exercises planned in Georgia will be held jointly with the Western Command of the Georgian Defense Forces and the US Georgia National Guard, and will involve servicemen from Georgia, the United States, Turkey, Poland, Germany, Italy, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Lithuania and Ukraine. Representatives of the armed forces of Armenia and Japan will be present as observers. |
