This was announced by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghai, noting that issues related to the nuclear program and ways to respond to threats from the European side will be discussed. The Iranian representative stressed that Russia and China, as members of the UN Security Council and parties to the “nuclear agreement”, can play a significant role in the settlement. “We have had substantive negotiations with Russia and China over the past year on regional issues.
