Washington Post: Rubio to discuss, with Russians, details of Trump-Putin meeting next week

Ignatius noted that Rubio may offer Russia various economic incentives that would follow a future peace agreement to settle the conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, the American side plans to supply Kyiv with longer-range weapons and use the threat of tougher sanctions on Moscow as leverage. |
