According to him, Russia is not currently trying to force itself into Iran, Israel, or the United States. “In our contacts with them, we are simply discussing the situation in Iran. Iran is our close partner. We are not indifferent to how the situation develops. Moreover, this is explosive not only for Iran itself, but for the entire Middle East and Near East. There are many time bombs there just waiting to be stepped on. Iran and Israel know that we are ready to offer our services in terms of contributing to the implementation of agreements again. We hope that this agreement will be reached,” Lavrov said. |
