IRGC puts US casualties at 650 since start of hostilities

A spokesperson for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Sardar Nainini, has claimed that 650 American military personnel were killed or wounded during the first two days of the ongoing conflict.
According to a report by Tasnim News Agency, Nainini said that 160 of those casualties occurred as a result of a strike on a US military base in Bahrain. He further alleged that IRGC missiles and drones repeatedly struck the headquarters of the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
The spokesperson also stated that a US Navy combat vessel identified as MST sustained serious damage in missile strikes carried out by the IRGC.
In addition, Nainini said that four cruise missiles were launched at the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. Following the reported attack, the vessel allegedly relocated to the southeastern part of the Indian Ocean.
