According to a report by Tasnim News Agency, Nainini said that 160 of those casualties occurred as a result of a strike on a US military base in Bahrain. He further alleged that IRGC missiles and drones repeatedly struck the headquarters of the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain. The spokesperson also stated that a US Navy combat vessel identified as MST sustained serious damage in missile strikes carried out by the IRGC. In addition, Nainini said that four cruise missiles were launched at the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. Following the reported attack, the vessel allegedly relocated to the southeastern part of the Indian Ocean. |
