A White House spokesperson confirmed to ABC News that U.S. President Donald Trump will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Washington on Tuesday, July 28.

The main reason for the Ukrainian leader’s visit to the United States will be to attend the memorial service for South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, who died suddenly. It is known that the senator maintained close, friendly relations with Ukraine and made his last visit to the country just a few days before his death. As part of this visit, the leaders of the two countries will hold bilateral talks at the White House.
