This was stated by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, TASS reports. "I believe that the "3+3" negotiations with the participation of Iran and Russia will become a more effective and efficient mechanism for resolving existing problems in the Caucasus region," Pezeshkian was quoted as saying by his press service.
