Russia provides no evidence of Ukraine's alleged attack on Putin's residence because there was no attack – FM Sybiha
![]() 1205 Tuesday, 30 December, 2025, 18:00 Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha has responded to statements by the governments of the United Arab Emirates, India, and Pakistan expressing concern about "an attack that never happened," noting that over the past day, Russia has not provided any convincing evidence of its accusations against Ukraine of an alleged "attack on Putin’s residence." "Almost a day has passed, and Russia still has not provided any convincing evidence of its accusations against Ukraine of an alleged ‘attack on Putin’s residence.’ And it will not. Because there is no such evidence. There was no attack. We were disappointed and concerned by the statements of the Emirates, India, and Pakistan, in which they expressed concern about an attack that never happened. This is even more surprising, considering that all three states did not issue any official statements when on September 7, 2025, a real Russian missile hit a real Ukrainian government building," Sybiha said on X.
Sybiha called on all states to act responsibly and refrain from responding to unverified claims, as this undermines "the constructive peace process that has been moving forward recently." |
