"Ukraine did not plan and is not planning military measures against Belarus. We are only interested in restoring our territorial integrity," he said via video link. Zelensky proposed that a mission of international observers be placed on the Ukraine-Belarus border "to monitor the security situation." He stated that Ukrainian diplomats could work out the details and called on the G7 to support the initiative. |
