Due to the lack of fuel in the country, absence of packing materials, the supply of essential dairy products to the shops is no longer possible. Because of the absence of public transport, people have to walk by foot to the dairy factory and queue for hours in the heat with the hope to get at least any dairy product. The locally produced milk is not enough to provide for the entire Artsakh population of 120,000 people, therefore, many of those in line often leave with nothing.
