An English summary of my several recent video postings concerning Armenia-Azerbaijan talks, and in particular, my suggestion that the agenda of the talks must necessarily include the fact that the people of Nagorno-Karabakh had an autonomous status and that must become a benchmark for any discussion concerning the future faith of the people of Nagorno-Karabagh.
