Netanyahu's visit to Azerbaijan postponed

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to Azerbaijan has been postponed, Azerbaijani media reported, citing the Israeli Prime Minister's Office.
"Due to the events taking place in the Gaza Strip and Syria, as well as the tight schedule of political events and for security reasons, Netanyahu has decided to postpone his visit to Azerbaijan. The Prime Minister thanked President Aliyev for the invitation and highly appreciated the warm relations between the two countries," the statement said.
Earlier, it was reported that Netanyahu would visit Azerbaijan on May 7 and the visit would last until May 11.
It should be recalled that the Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a statement today that Ankara was not going to provide its airspace for Netanyahu's plane to fly to Azerbaijan.
