Lukashenko: "I stayed in power a little longer, but be patient"

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has announced that he has “stayed a little longer” in power so that experienced people can lead the country, the First News channel reported.
“As I promised, a new generation has been brought to power. I stayed a little longer, but be patient, there must be experienced replacements,” the president said.
According to the politician, he will deal with “his own issues,” the government will solve economic problems, and the presidential staff should deal with diplomacy. He expressed confidence that “this machine will work without failures.”
