The authorities ''have washed their hands'', the opposition is concerned of Artsakh issue instead. ''Pust''

The journal ''Pust'' writes. ''It is obvious that today’s authorities ''have washed their hands'' from Artsakh. They even destroyed the initiative of two opponent parliamentary groups to establish a permanent parliamentary committee on the issues of Artsakh. Deputies from ''Armenia'' and ''I have honor'' parliamentary groups voted for the project, and the deputies from ''Civilian contract'' in power abstained on it. So, many believe that it is useless to rely on present authorities for Artsakh issue.
As a result, instead of the authorities the opposition is trying to use both the external and the internal platforms, and their opportunities to raise Artsakh issue and to give an international voice to it and to have their own contribution in addressing the existing challenges. In particular, the council of ''Homeland'' party has created a committee on the issues of Artsakh as a structural subdivision of ''Homeland'' party.
According to the information of the ''Pust'' newspaper, they want this committee to include representatives of parliamentary and non-parliamentary expert groups, public figures and political figures, who, unlike the authorities, are concerned of Artsakh issue''.
